1. Shopping & payment

These terms cover your use of Damondarling.com and purchases from this merchandise store. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, please do not place an order.

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when you order. You must be authorized to use the payment method you select. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Review the products, sizes, colors, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and final total before submitting payment.

Product availability and available options are shown on individual product pages. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer and the eligibility shown at checkout.

2. Shipping & delivery

Review any shipping or delivery estimate shown with your order. Our Connect page currently advises allowing 1–2 weeks for shipping. Contact us if you need help with an order or have not received an expected shipping update.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and give you the choice of agreeing to a delay or cancelling for a full, prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise and applicable charges, as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights when an order is delayed or not delivered.

3. Returns & refunds

Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery. Please email tyler@damondarling.com with your order number and reason for return before sending an item back, so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

Standard returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition received.
• Eligible returns for reasons other than a defect or damage receive store credit under our standard policy.
• Customers pay standard return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns, except where required by law.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused, subject to your statutory rights.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the problem. Damaged or defective items are eligible for a refund or exchange under our existing policy. The unused-condition requirement does not exclude a defect that becomes apparent through reasonable inspection or use.

Your legal rights remain protected. The 14-day window, store-credit policy, return conditions, and shipping exclusions do not remove any remedy or longer period required by applicable consumer law. This includes remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

4. Using this website

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent information, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer rights, warranties, or remedies.

These terms are governed by Ohio law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in the courts serving Springfield, Ohio, unless applicable law gives you a right to another court or forum.
